Japan has a deep love for beef. Unfortunately, most of their beef supply is imported into the country from elsewhere such as America. And America is so huge and has enough vegetation to feed millions of cattle annually. So, what if America created cattle farms out at sea on massive vessels, artificial islands, and platforms? This would provide many jobs for Americans, reduce the price of shipping beef to the Japanese, lower prices on beef sold in Japan, and strengthen ties between the two nations.
