Though a lot of the greatest moments of this Olympics take place in prime time on NBC, there have been some goody-goodies occurring during the day as well. One of them took place this afternoon. It was a beach volleyball game between the Americans and the Spaniards. And the Spaniards weren't giving up without a fight! Both Elsa Baquerizo and Liliana Fernandez served enough energy back to Jennifer Kessy and April Ross to light up all of England for the rest of the games. In fact, there were many times during the three rounds where the Spaniards were either leading or tied with the Americans. Unfortunately, it's a shame that the Spaniards lost by a few points; nevertheless, I'll be watching for them if they make it into the 2016 Olympics being held in Brazil. As for Kessy and Ross, congratulations on your win and keep progressing forward.
