Hey, sports fans, there are two major events coming on television over the next two weekends. The first one will be the Progressive Gymnastics and Figure Skating Spectacular being broadcast on NBC this saturday, January 19th. This event should bring back favorites from the Olympics held last year in London as well as others from both sports. Then, the subsequent weekend, January 26th, figure skaters will move into a competitive mode for the U.S. Figure Skating Championships; also held on NBC. We should see skaters such as Mirai Nagasu and Ashley Wagner cutting streaks and figure eights into the ice for those podium medals! Good luck to them all.
